Ghaffel “Rest your eyes”

“Ghaffel” by Tamer Elshabrawy, a mesmerizing ambient music piece that delves into the quest for rest amidst the chaos of PTSD. Its soothing tones and gentle rhythms provide a tranquil escape, helping to calm the mind and ease the soul towards a peaceful slumber.
The piece was inspired by the choreography of the Duo Nadine Nasr and Mohanad Azzam in their piece “Ghaffel”
and was performed by the class of contemporary dance theater of BYU university in a coreography by the American choreographer “Adam Dyer”

El Naddaha
